 Artwork Formats

• You can supply your own artwork or have our Graphic Artists help design you, your very own special artwork to specifically suit your company's needs.

 • Please send artwork before placing an order to ensure suitability of your artwork for embroidery and to allow time for changes to be made.

 • If supplying your own artwork please see our Specifications for Sending Artwork.

 • Please send smaller files via email, alternatively you can send us, CD's & DVD's or bring in your USB Stick.

 • Digitizing fees are a one-time only fee.

• Digitizing changes to existing Embroidery files will incur a small charge.

 • The turn-a-round time for jobs is approx 1 week after we have artwork approval from you.

 • Computer Programs we like use:       Wilcom

Illustrator CS3 

Corel Draw X4

 Please ensure that your designs are saved in one of the following formats to ensure there are problems with processing your order.

 • EPS - PDF  -  Illustrator AI  -  Corel Draw CDR - Hi Res JPEG

 • Fonts: We request that all files that have fonts are converted to curves, paths or outlines, this is most important to ensure that there are no conflicts or changes to your text style.

 • Pictures: Please ensure that your photos are saved in one of the following formats at 300dpi to scale for smaller jobs or 100dpi for large scale jobs   • PDF         • TIFF          • BMP        • JPG

 Bedazzled embroidery will advise immediately if your images are not suitable for your design.

 • Colours: Please make sure all digital files have assigned colours that are named. Jobs that are not 4-colour process will be classed as spot colours and can be defined via supplied samples, or Pantone Matching System (PMS).

• Stock: When ordering special products, some waiting times may be unavoidable. Please note that we will contact you in cases where delays are likely to occur.
